3.3 KEYWORDS LIST IN IGLOBE CRM

Keywords are lookup or choice field in iGlobe CRM. That can be fieds on CUSTOMER, CONTACT or SSO. These will give you the ability to customize values to meet you company specific need.

Company:

1. Country: A list of countries.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction categories.
3. Product: This list contains the information of Product Sold and Rival Product on the Company.
4. District: A list of district categories.
5. NO of Employee: A list of Number of employee values.

Contact:

1. Job Function: A list of contact’s job function categories.
2. Job Title: A list of contact job title.
3. Responsibility: A list of contact responsibility categories.

SSO

1. SSO Product: A list of SSO Product categories.
